This 30-minute Mobilization/Stretching appointment is designed to help reduce muscle tension, improve joint mobility, and support overall movement quality. The session focuses on targeted stretching and hands-on mobilization techniques tailored to your body’s specific needs. It’s ideal for relieving stiffness, enhancing flexibility, and supporting recovery from workouts or daily stress. Gentle, controlled movements are used to increase range of motion without forcing the body. Whether you’re active, recovering, or simply feeling tight, this session helps your body move more freely. You’ll leave feeling looser, more balanced, and better prepared for daily activity or exercise. *Be sure to wear athletic flexible clothing, Shirt and shorts/pants REQUIRED. Sports Bras will NOT be accepted as shirts.*
