This 90 minute massage is nicknamed "Breath & Zzzzz's" with 7 different essential oil blends used on specific points of the body for ultimate relaxation. Slow, medium pressure myofascial flow is used to coax your body into a state of relaxation and reset. Hot towels for your feet, and a steam mask for your face will lull you into an incredible parasympathetic reset. Enjoy our warmed pillow top tables that play 10Hz frequency throughout your massage to gently encourage improved lymphatic flow and a calmer state of mind. This massage is the peace to your bodies resistance.
