40 Minute Deep Tissue Focused Massage

Medium to light pressure used throughout full body relaxation massage. This massage is used purely to enhance systemic circulation and create a sense of calm and quiet, allowing your mind to rest and relax.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

We will create or continue your plan or care and move forward with your goals. You will receive 55-60 minutes of light to medium pressure hands-on with 10 minutes for consultation and dressing.

1 Hour Therapeutic Massage

We will create or continue your plan or care and move forward with your goals. You will receive 55-60 minutes of deep tissue hands-on with 10 minutes for consultation and dressing.

1 Hour Deep Tissue Massage

You will receive 80 minutes of light to medium pressure hands-on with 10 minutes for a consultation and dressing. 
**Please ensure you are hydrated prior to this appointment, and have had a meal 2 hours prior.

90 Minute Massage

You will receive 80 minutes of hands-on with 10 minutes for a quick consultation and dressing. 
**Please ensure you are hydrated prior to this appointment, and have had a meal 2 hours prior.

90 Minute Deep Tissue Massage

You will receive 110 minutes of light to medium pressure hands-on with 10 minutes for a quick consultation and dressing. 
**Please ensure you are hydrated prior to this appointment, and have had a meal 2 hours prior.

2 Hour Massage

You will receive 110 minutes of hands-on including deep tissue techniques with 10 minutes for a quick consultation and dressing. 
**Please ensure you are hydrated prior to this appointment, and have had a meal 2 hours prior.

2 Hour Deep Tissue Massage

MLD is used to manually drain lymphatic fluid from congested pathways in the body. MLD can benefit those with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Migraine headaches, Cellulite* and lipedema, Post Operative Edema, General Edema, detox support, and so much more! 
**MLD CANNOT be done within 14 days of any injections.
Kayla is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, she completed her certification through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, and practices using the Vodder Technique.

MLD is not a massage, for relaxation or muscle work please book a massage.
***You MUST be hydrated to have MLD performed. Please make sure you are hydrating for 2-3 days leading up to your appointment and have a meal 2 hours prior to the appointment. If you are not properly hydrated or have not eaten when you arrive, your appointment will be rescheduled and 100% of the service fee will be due.***

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Treatment

MLD treatment on a specific region of the body ( ie. Arm, Leg, Face/Head, etc.)
Please make sure you are hydrated prior to this appointment. A meal 2 hours prior is recommended.

Regional MLD

Full body therapeutic cupping treatments stimulates lymphatic movement and general detoxification.  This treatment offers a wide variety of possible results, such as cellulite reduction, body sculpting, post workout soreness, or simple relaxation. 

If you are seeking cellulite reduction, the recommended care is 1x per week for 6-8 weeks.

Therapeutic Cupping- Full Body

Facial Cupping promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration. Facial Cupping is great for TMJ pain, and TMJ sourced headaches.

Face Cupping Treatment

One region of KT Tape, up to 4 pieces. This high mobility "brace" is great for alignment during recovery, reduce swelling and bruising, or for postural support.

We have a solid understanding of TMJ dysfunction here at KHW, including its causes, symptoms, and the impact it can have on individuals. It is important to address TMJ issues and their connection to overall well-being. We start with a gentle face massage and warm towel, followed by intra-oral therapy, we focus on addressing muscular imbalances and tension within the mouth. The hyoid muscles are released, elongated, and rebalanced, promoting improved jaw function and overall comfort. Effective cervical spine mobilization and unwinding techniques are used to release tension in the neck muscles, allowing for improved jaw alignment and reduced strain. Additional jaw techniques are used to rebalance the jaw and release trigger points.

Please ensure you are hydrated prior to this appointment. This appointment lasts UP TO 90 Minutes. Intraoral work can be uncomfortable depending on the severity of TMJ, this treatment is typically repeated every 3-5 days for 2-3 weeks for full treatment protocol.
